• To treat you safely: Your health background helps me understand your needs and make sure the massage is safe and appropriate for you.
• To run bookings and payments: I use your contact info to send appointment reminders, answer your questions, process payments, and securely hold card details on file for future transactions or late-cancellation policies when agreed.
• To meet legal and insurance rules: As a professional therapist, I am required to keep treatment records for insurance and legal purposes.

3. How your data is stored and protected

Your information is kept secure and confidential:

• Booking, health notes, and cards on file: Online bookings, clinical intake forms, and securely stored card details are managed through Jane App, which partners with certified payment processors to ensure card data is handled according to strict security standards (PCI-DSS compliant).
• Payments and accounts: Card payments are processed securely via SumUp, and business bookkeeping is managed through Xero.
• Paper and digital records: Any physical notes or digital files are stored securely and kept only for as long as required by law and professional insurance guidelines.

4. Sharing your information

I never sell, trade, or rent your personal details to anyone. I will only ever share your information if:

• The law requires it.
• You specifically ask me to (for example, if you want me to share information with another healthcare provider).

5. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and I do not run analytics that profile you. The page does include an embedded Google Map so you can find the clinic, and Google may set its own cookies when that map loads. If you would rather avoid these, you can block third-party cookies in your browser settings without affecting the rest of the site.
